Root Pouch lasts for multiple seasons of gardening and will generally begin to break down after about 3 to 5 years. They are designed to allow roots to breathe. Root Pouches are not tapered like plastic pots, so they stand up well to strong winds and heavy harvests. Root Pouches can be used with drip lines or hydroponic flood trays. As good as it gets.

I am a huge believer in fabric pots based on the root structure that I have observed in these types of pots. One of the really great benefits to these pots vs plastic is that you can very easily determine if they need water by touch or feel and that avoids over or under watering. It is more work washing them out to reuse vs plastic but worth it and they last a long time. But it is the enhanced growth that makes these pots my only choice. NE Hydro has the best prices I have found and they ship pretty much the second you order......great prices and service.

Pretty much as good as it gets. While fabric pots cost more than plastic, the benefits are more than worth it. The root density is pretty amazing and that translates into bigger buds. The only drawback to fabric pots is that they are not tapered so it is difficult to transplant or pot on so you should start out in the final size you need. I put clones into a 4x4 plastic pot and then pot on into a 7 gallon fabric pot.
